Booking Terms and Conditions

By signing the booking form all persons in the party accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. PARTY LEADER: The party leader must be over 21 years of age

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT: To confirm the booking a deposit of £75.00 per week booked must be enclosed with the completed and signed booking form. The balance of the rental fee is payable no less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental period

3. After we receive the completed booking form and the appropriate deposit payment, we will send you written confirmation of your reservation. The reservation and booking are not transferable. You will be sent the full details and key location after full payment has been received.

4. LATE BOOKINGS: Any booking made within 6 weeks of departure requires full payment in advance

5. CANCELLATION: In the event that you cancel the booking for any reason whatsoever the following charges will apply:

6. The person who signed the booking form must confirm all cancellations in writing.

7. RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period of the property commences at 4.00pm on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure

8. SECURITY DEPOSIT: On arrival at the property you will be required to provide our management company with a security deposit (Normally in the form of a credit card imprint). This will be returned after you have handed back the keys and when our management company has inspected the property and is satisfied with its condition.

All guests shall be liable for the cost, without limit, of replacing or making good all damage or loss to the property, its contents and furnishings occasioned during the rental period.

9. SAFETY: Please remember children should be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool or whilst in the pool area. The pool is not designed for diving and it is dangerous to do so. No glass or china should be taken into the pool or screened area. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for personal injury, accident, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.

10. SUB-LETTING: All persons staying at the property must be named on the booking form. Sub-letting or sharing is not permitted

11. SMOKING POLICY: Guests are required not to smoke inside the property, but for those who do wish to smoke ashtrays are provided for use in the pool area.

12. FORCE MAJEURE: In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate the cancellation of the booking, the owners reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time and shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by clients.

13. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Guests are required to have the appropriate travel/holiday insurance in force for the period of the visit.

14. THE SWIMMING POOL is heated by a heat pump and is Thermostatically controlled to a temperature of about 86 deg f. During the cooler months we rely on our guests to try and preserve the heat by keeping the pool cover in place whenever the pool is not being used, especially overnight. The cover is not used during the warmer summer months, as the pool heater would normally not be required. Sometimes during the winter months the temperatures will go below 45 deg f. If this happens a safety device switches the pump off because it is impossible to keep the pool warm. This is a feature that is unavoidable and beyond our control. Fortunately this rarely happens in Florida.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any accident/injury, however caused, whilst using our accommodation or swimming pool.

We cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss or damage to your personal property including money, credit cards, etc, whilst using our accommodation.
